Shipping & Returns

At Emani, we create clean, effective products designed for you to love and feel confident using. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered. We gladly offer exchanges or refunds on gently used items within 30 days of purchase from Emani.com. There’s no restocking fee—customers simply cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.

For U.S. returns, please have your order number handy so we can process your credit quickly and smoothly.

Please be advised that only items that have been purchased at Emani.com may be accepted for return. If you have a concern with an item purchased from a distributor and/or vendor of Emani Cosmetics, please contact them directly. We will not be able to accept any returns not purchased directly from Emani.com.

ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and selected shipping method. Please double-check your shipping address, as we’re unable to reroute packages once they’re on the way.

Orders typically take up to 2 business days to process and ship. As soon as your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. In some cases—such as pre-orders or backorders—items may arrive in separate shipments.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Free USPS shipping on orders over $75.00 (within the Continental U.S.)
  • $4.95 standard shipping fee for orders under $75.
  • $12.95 Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
Expedited shipping is only available to shipping addresses within the contiguous
United States. Due to UPS delays, 2-day and 3-day expedited shipping is not guaranteed therefore, Emani will not be offering the shipping frequency at this time.


DELIVERY ISSUES

In rare cases, UPS or USPS may be unable to complete delivery and will contact the recipient directly. If a delivery attempt is missed, it’s the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or pick up the package from the carrier.

If a shipment is returned to Emani due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or lack of coordination, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, return fees, and any reshipment charges.


TAXES

Applicable sales tax will be charged on the merchandise total, where applicable.
Taxes are calculated according to the shipping destination and itemized on the
Order Summary page.
