What is your refund/exchange policy?

Your skin is personal. Finding what works for you should feel easy, not risky. We hope you love your Emani skincare and makeup. But if a shade isn't quite right or a product simply isn't for you, that's okay.

You have 30 days from purchase to return or exchange any Emani products purchased directly from Emani.com.

How to Make a Return

Step 1. Pack your items, include your order number inside the package so we can identify your return.

Step 2. Ship your items to: Emani Returns (Order #) 24881 Alicia Parkway, E164, Laguna Hills, CA 92653

Step 3. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your return and refund. Your payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

A few things to know:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• Products must have been purchased directly from Emani.com.

• Customers cover the cost of return shipping.

• Products purchased from another retailer or distributor must be returned through the original place of purchase.

Where We Ship

We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Rates

Order Processing & Tracking

We're excited to get your Emani favorites to you!

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and shipping method.

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and shipment. When your order ships, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We're unable to redirect packages once they're on their way.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping, when available, is limited to the contiguous United States.

Due to carrier delays, we are not currently offering guaranteed 2-day or 3-day shipping.

Delivery Issues

Sometimes delivery doesn't go as planned. If UPS or USPS is unable to deliver your package, please follow the carrier's instructions to arrange redelivery or pick it up at the designated location.

If a package is returned to Emani because delivery or pickup arrangements were not completed, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs, return fees, and any additional reshipping charges. If you need assistance, please reach out. We're happy to help where we can.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
