HOW TO USE +

Use a dime-size drop of the formula—a little goes a long way. Emani foundation can be blended with your moisturizer, serum or sunscreen for a tinted finish.

Using clean fingers, a sponge, or a brush, apply a small amount of foundation to the center of your face and blend outward for a seamless, natural finish.

Yes, the Emani Youth Defense Foundation with niacinamide is non-comedogenic, meaning it is formulated to not clog pores.

Can I wear this foundation alone, or is it better suited as a setting powder over liquid foundation?

Feel free to wear it solo for a dewy look or add setting powder on top for a matte finish. It's all up to your preference.

Does this foundation have Titanium dioxide?

I’m glad you asked about titanium dioxide—ingredient safety is very important to us, too.

Emani uses cosmetic-grade, non-nano titanium dioxide, a mineral pigment commonly used in foundations and concealers to provide coverage, brighten the look of skin and create natural-looking shades.

Titanium dioxide is permitted by the FDA for cosmetic use when it meets required specifications. Most importantly, Emani does not use nano titanium dioxide. We believe you should always feel comfortable knowing what’s in the products you put on your skin, especially if your skin is sensitive.

How much foundation should I use for full coverage?

Great question! About 2 pumps is usually enough for your whole face. Start there, then add a little more wherever you want extra coverage. Youth Defense is buildable, so you can easily customize it to the finish you like.

Is there a specific technique for blending this foundation for a seamless finish?

For a seamless finish, try using a damp makeup sponge or a foundation brush to blend the foundation gently into your skin. Start from the center of your face and blend outwards for a natural look. It's all about finding what works best for you!

Does this foundation contain any common allergens or known skin irritants?
